Decode Stones Technical Services LLC

By using the services of Decode Stones Technical Services LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), requesting a quotation, or entering into any agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides marble and granite services including, but not limited to:

  • Supply of marble and granite

  • Cutting and fabrication

  • Installation and finishing works

  • Maintenance and repair services

The scope, specifications, and deliverables shall be defined in the approved quotation or contract.

2. Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period as stated therein.

  • Prices may change due to variations in scope, specifications, site conditions, or material availability.

  • A quotation becomes binding only upon written acceptance by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms shall be specified in the quotation or contract.

  • An advance payment may be required prior to commencement of work.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or stop work in case of delayed or non-payment.

  • Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond the Company’s control, including site readiness, weather conditions, or delays in material supply.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

5. Variations and Additional Works

  • Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

  • Variations may result in additional costs and/or extension of the project timeline.

6. Materials and Natural Variations

  • Marble and granite are natural materials; variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent and shall not be considered defects.

  • Samples are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final installed product.

7. Warranty

  • The Company warrants workmanship quality in accordance with accepted industry standards.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse or negligence

    • Cracks, scratches, or damage caused after installation

    • Works altered or repaired by third parties

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe, accessible, and ready worksite

  • Allow site access during agreed working hours

  • Provide utilities such as water and electricity if required

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In all cases, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contracted works only.

10. Cancellation and Termination

  • The Company may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to comply with payment or cooperation obligations.

  • If the Client cancels the project after commencement, the Company is entitled to retain payments made to cover completed works and incurred costs.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, photographs, and materials provided by the Company remain its intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication or written notification.
